I’m Julie Gillespie, a senior leadership partner, with a dynamic and engaging approach. I love working with leaders to dig deep into what’s working and where there’s room to grow. Using a mix of profiling tools—like DISC, Motivators, Strengths, Resilience @ Work, Critical Thinking, and Emotional Intelligence—I help leaders reset their language around leadership, care, and accountability so they can interact with their people with greater efficiency. I’m known for being both pokey and fun, and I’m not afraid to ask the tough questions. My mission? To get you ready for anything, not everything, so you can lead with confidence and clarity, no matter what comes your way.

I'm Emma Schneider, and my mission is to empower you to take bold actions and align your work with a deeper sense of purpose. With a wealth of experience across various industries, I’ve been in the room when the tough conversations happen, and I thrive on making people feel capable and prepared. Whether I was supporting senior leaders in the high-pressure environment of a mining operation or guiding young swimmers to overcome their fears and master the water, my journey has always been about making people feel capable and prepared for whatever comes their way. Mental Health First Aid
CHANGING THE WAY WE TALK ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH
Most people are familiar with the idea of physical first aid courses that teach the skills and knowledge required to recognise and respond to life-threatening emergencies and provide a first aid response across a range of different situations.

Mental Health First Aid® (MHFA™) training adopts a similar approach.
​
Using a practical, skills-based action plan, participants learn the skills to recognise and respond to someone experiencing a mental health problem or mental health crisis, until professional help is received or the crisis resolves.
​
Individuals who complete Mental Health First Aid® training are known as accredited MHFAiders. Equipped with the skills to listen, connect, and offer support when it matters most, MHFAiders play a vital role in reducing stigma and promoting pathways to support for those experiencing mental health problems in our workplaces and communities.

Our 1-hour Mental Health and Well-Being Awareness session is designed to engage every person in your organisation. Through foundational and full-day workshops, we use Timothy R. Clark’s "The Four Stages of Psychological Safety" to equip leaders with actionable strategies they can implement immediately. This training lays the foundation for addressing workplace challenges, ensuring psychological safety becomes a part of everyday leadership—building stronger, more adaptable teams ready to face any obstacle.
