What Our Clients Say
Who We Support
Letters of Hope was founded in 2018, and aims to spread kindness, raise awareness and break the stigma around mental health through sending handwritten letters to those who are going through a tough time.
Julie Gillespie joined the board in 2024 to support the efforts of the founder, Abbie Williams, another Mental Health First Aid Instructor and a driven young woman that was making a difference - letting people know they are not on their own. This resonates with Julie's lived experience of mental ill health as she knows it just takes one person to reach out in kindness to make a difference.
