I didn’t just train in this coaching method. I lived it. I know what it’s like to second-guess yourself, to wait to feel “ready,” and to carry the weight of potential without a clear plan.

Coaching changed that for me. It gave me clarity, courage, and traction I couldn’t find on my own.

Now I coach others through the same shift.

I’ve supported leaders in mining sites, startups, and high-stakes environments. I’ve seen what happens when someone gets thrown in the deep end without a life vest.
