Resilience at Work (R@W®) Profiling and Assessment is an evidence-based tool that measures the habits and mindsets that sustain your performance in challenging environments. Your personalised report and 1:1 coaching debrief with Julie Gillespie will highlight practical strategies to help you stay effective, healthy, and ready for anything.
