Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Profiling and Assessment helps you understand how you perceive, regulate, and use emotions - both in yourself and with others. With your personalised EQ report and 1:1 coaching debrief with Julie Gillespie, you’ll learn practical skills to stay steady, connected, and effective in any situation.
